Knowledge Base is your online how-to guide for all things DermEngine. Whether you’re just getting started and wanting to learn the basics or have been using it for a while and are looking for answers to your questions, the Knowledge Base has the resources to help you out.
To access the DermEngine Knowledge Base:
1) Login to your DermEngine account
2) Click on the question mark located on the top right corner of the menu bar or simply go to help.dermengine.com.
Intuitive and user friendly
The new Knowledge Base will allow you to filter the exact content you wish to see. Related articles will also offer relevant content, enabling quick and easy referencing and navigation.
Anyone new to DermEngine will be able to learn quickly by browsing the articles in the Account Basics section.
