DermEngine Integration for Indici

 

This guide outlines the steps required to enable and use the integration between DermEngine and Indici, enabling seamless transfer of patient demographic data and clinical timeline reports between the two platforms.

Once integration is enabled by the Indic team, patients on Indici practice will be transferred to the DermEngine platform. On DermEngine, images and lesions can be added to each patient.


Requirements

  • Integration must be enabled by the Indici support team.

Transfer Patients

  1. Once the Indici support team enables the integration, users will see the DermEngine icon on the Indici Patient detail page.

  2. After clicking the DermEngine app icon, users will be automatically logged into DermEngine, and the patient will appear as synced. If user belong to multiple clinics, they will see a page to select your clinic.

Import Timeline Reports to Indici

  1. To Export the timeline pdf report, go to timeline report and then click on EXPORT TO INDICI. Once the report is exported, the successful message is shown.Screenshot 2024-09-17 at 11.10.06 PM-20240918-061011

    1. To verify go to Patient record on the Indic system, search for the patient from where the timeline report is exported.
    2. Then click on patient Inbox → Check the exported reportsimage-20240924-221325

    3. Then click on one of the records to see the report. 
 


FAQ

The list of fields transferred is: First name, Last name, Date Of birth, Gender, Health number (NHI), Phone number.
