MetaOptima Secures INOVAIT Pilot Fund Support for OptimaScan

We are proud to announce that OptimaScan has been selected as one of 17 projects funded through the INOVAIT Pilot Fund, supported by the Government of Canada’s Strategic Innovation Fund.

This funding marks an important milestone in MetaOptima’s mission to transform skin and systemic disease management with advanced 3D body mapping and intelligent dermatology software.

About the INOVAIT Pilot Fund

INOVAIT, a Canadian network hosted at Sunnybrook Research Institute, fuels healthcare innovation by bridging image-guided therapy and artificial intelligence (AI). Through its Pilot Fund, INOVAIT provides targeted support for projects that accelerate the path from research to commercialization, improving patient outcomes while reducing healthcare costs.

OptimaScan + DermEngine: Building the Future of 3D Body Mapping

Introducing OptimaScan — our patent-pending intelligent imaging station. Designed as a general-purpose imaging device, OptimaScan integrates seamlessly with DermEngine’s intelligent Total Body Photography module to deliver AI-powered image-guided photography for rapid, standardized, and data-driven documentation supporting dermatology and skin cancer management.
