MetaOptima Joins the Digital Health & Discovery Platform (DHDP)
At MetaOptima, we’re proud to be part of Canada’s growing digital health community—and excited to welcome the newest organizations joining the Digital Health & Discovery Platform (DHDP).
DHDP continues to expand, and that growth matters. Every new member brings fresh expertise, diverse perspectives, and real capabilities that strengthen a shared mission: enabling the development and adoption of responsible digital health technologies that improve outcomes for patients, providers, and healthcare systems across Canada.
A Shared Vision for Digital Health
Digital health is moving fast—but meaningful healthcare impact takes more than strong technology. It requires collaboration, interoperability, trust, and real-world validation.
That’s exactly why DHDP is valuable. DHDP creates a connected environment where organizations can work together across research, product development, clinical testing, and implementation. As the ecosystem grows, it becomes more powerful—unlocking more opportunities to learn, validate, share insights, and build solutions that match the realities of Canadian care delivery.
We're delighted to be a part of this community and would like to celebrate DHDP's newest members:
A.I. VALI INC. | Amical | AzadMedica Inc. | Bio-Stream Diagnostics Inc. | Clinisys EMR Inc. | Luxsonic Technologies Inc. | Medlior Health Outcomes Research Ltd. | MetaOptima Technology Inc. | DNAstack | EyecareX | Linearis | Continicare Corp. | EvidaHealth Foundation
MetaOptima’s Commitment to Collaborative Innovation
Unlike traditional spot checks, 3D Total Body Photography captures high-resolution images of the entire skin surface. These images can be uploaded to DermEngine, MetaOptima’s secure cloud-based platform, where clinicians can track changes over time, compare images, and identify new or evolving lesions with greater accuracy.
This can be particularly important for people at higher risk of skin cancer, including those with many moles, a personal or family history of melanoma, or high sun exposure.

Looking Ahead
The challenges facing healthcare are complex, but Canada’s digital health ecosystem is gaining momentum. By working across sectors in an open, rigorous, and responsible way, we can accelerate solutions that make care more accessible, efficient, and equitable.
To the DHDP team, thank you for your leadership. And to DHDP’s newest members, welcome. We look forward to collaborating and advancing Canada’s digital health future together.
